The Ministry Team Training is governed by the priorities and values of our church. We have four basic priorities: Worship, Fellowship, Evangelism and Social Concern, and Training. We value Sending the Individual, the Bible, Discipleship, Mercy, Kingdom of God , and Healing.

HCCC is committed to being faithful to the Great Commission. Currently we serve in places such as Russia , Mexico , Africa, Israel , where we conduct crusades, Pastoral Leadership Training, Ministry Team Training and Medical Missions, etc.

Our New Members Orientation Ministry offers a threshold to a wonderful beginning at HCCC. The primary responsibility is to orient new believers and new members in God's Word. The series of studies covers our beliefs and doctrines and acquaints new members with areas of service at HCCC.

Operation Dignity is a community outreach ministry of Higher Call. Teams are led into local low-income housing communities to provide help and a positive influence. We offer bible studies, women's meetings, crafts, monthly birthday parties, tutoring, Christmas parties, and health education, etc.

Our mission and purpose is to present the gospel of Jesus Christ to the widest possible audience through the medium of dance, drama and personal witness. To help in the restoration of dance as a worshipful part of the life of the Church, by exploring with congregations the part that movement and action can play in the expression of faith.

Pastoral and lay prayer counselors have completed a certificate program in biblical ministry and each has spiritual gifts related to effective people-helping. They see individuals or couples for a limited number of sessions and then make appropriate referrals.

There is a tremendous peace and power in knowing your place and purpose in Jesus Christ. It is our prayer that you find in one of our services a place where you can discover your purpose, be challenged, strengthened and inspired to pursue a personal relationship with Jesus.

The HCCC School of Ministry is a Biblically based school for the “equipping of the saints” to help Christians develop their leadership potential and has a three-fold focus: Healing for the heart, Practical ministry experience, and Learning how to flow in the Holy Spirit.

Ushers and greeters minister to people as individuals. A Spirit directed word of encouragement, reassurance, or kindness may be the most significant ministry some people receive in their church experience.

Our mission is to tape every service where the word is spoken for future use, including the praise and worship, with the highest degree of skill and craftsmanship we can achieve, in excellence! Our charge in particular is to produce a ½ hour-long program for airing on Raleigh Cable Access weekly, as well as video taping all services and providing copies of services and teaching sessions as ordered by the congregation.

The cry of our heart as a people is to pursue the call of Jesus in worship as we usher in the symphony of the coming age by breaking every boundary and shaking the earth with a sound that will command the harvest and establish HIS Kingdom.
